LOOKING FOR LICENSED ARCHITECT

Are you currently in the market? We are actively looking for an Architect that can join our team. Get that chance to work along with out-of-the-box thinkers and be part of our success journey.

MUST HAVE

Have license and registration
At least 2 years working experience
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, 3D-modeling, 3D rendering, and Microsoft Office applications
Knowledgeable in adobe editing software is an edge
Experience in project management
Experience in fit-out works
Can oversee various projects
Experience in estimates

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Oversee the progress of the project; provide reports and make sure of quality works
Work hand-in-hand with the site supervisor in meeting project deadlines
Make cutting lists and estimates of the materials needed for the projects
Inspects and visits the site from time to time
Attend meetings with the clients
Do design drawings as needed.

We at Homelife Construction and Realty Co. are committed to realizing dream homes that matter to every Client that we have, from our humble beginnings twenty years ago, we were able to build astonishingly beautiful houses that make new experiences every single day – decent and peaceful confines they can call their home.

In the past two decades in the construction and realty business, we achieved multiple milestones, received awards and recognitions, and completed uncountable projects through the effort of all our employees that spent not just hours in the office but giving the best that they can to observe our corporate values, mission, and vision.

Our current team is led by Engr. Mervin D. Corpuz acts as our company’s project manager. He oversees overall planning, scheduling, organizing, delegating, controlling, and managing construction projects from their design phase up to completion. He has also been very persistent in ensuring that the company’s mission is well being communicated in a client and employee-centric perspective.

On the other hand, Ms. Shanelle M. Pollescas and Mr. Daui T. Velasco act as Project Supervisors wherein they do all the legwork in ensuring that every construction project plan is implemented properly from canvassing, procurement up until implementation. They also handle all the progress reports and take lead in supervising all other key people from the company, from contractors, sub-contractors, site workers, and other company personnel.

Meanwhile, Mr. Alvin G. Candelaria is the company’s corporate secretary and his main duties are always looking towards ensuring management are all in place, provide recommendation and project plans to the company OGM and CEO, keep track with all company strategic plans and forecasts to support business sustainability and continuity and protect the company’s interest at all level to promote ease and security to all of its endeavors.

Ms. Rubelyn R. Lacaden is the company’s Designer and Draftsman and through her ingenuity, we can design bespoke homes for all our clients from an interpersonal perspective. She has been a vital component of our team which helps us be at the
furthermost in terms of creativity and concepts. Ms. Vanessa P. Ruiz is our Liaison Officer 1 and she has been very instrumental in making sure that we are always on top of compliance, from the processing of all the necessary construction permits to every single required document to close deals or by simply wrapping things up.

The company had to face multiple hurdles along the way due to the effects of the unwanted pandemic however the following people in the team mentioned above had been very creative in looking for ways if how to make things work even in the most undesirable situation, they are very effective even on a work-from-home setup which ownership and accountability truly speak for themselves.

NEWLY ACQUIRED PROPERTY

It is still high time for Homelife Realty and Construction Co. even we are on the pandemic, we just recently signed a contract for a newly acquired property for development in Baguio City.

The contract signing was conducted safely in our office at Room 204D Bldg D, Lopez Building, Assumption Rd. Session Road 2600, Baguio City, Philippines where COVID-19 protocols were properly observed by ensuring our employees and clients have vital protective face shields, facemask, and acrylic barriers while doing the transactions.
